This Gin starts with whole grains of organic California Red Winter wheat, which Spirit Works mill, mash, ferment, and distill – entirely on site at the distillery. This meticulous process maintains the distinct characteristics of the grain, creating our round and slightly sweet base spirit. There are earthy notes from orris and angelica root,

spicy notes of cardamom and coriander, bright citrus notes from hand-zested orange and lemon, as well as floral hibiscus.
